It is possible to use KERA®- VEST for quick casting as well as convention methods
Attention :
Please put the mould into furnace after at least 25 minutes
The settings mechanism has to be finished
Place the moulds into the furnace immediately and
The furnace should be kept closed for at least 20 minutes

proportion : 100 g powder * 23 25 ml liquid
160 g powder * 38 40 ml liquid
mixing : Start with putting the liquid into advices your beaker then add the investment powder start 30 seconds manuel after that use the vacum stirrer for about 60-180 second keep the vactum for some further 20 seconds.
working time : ca 5 minutes
setting time : ca 20 minutes
setting expansion : ca 1,9-2,1% (100% liquid)
pre heating : for quick casting 900 (1650)
cliquid crowns and bridges 80-100 %
pre heating advices :
a) conventionally :
After setting put the mould into the cold furnace interrupt heating and hold level at 270 C and 580C
Heating velocity grade from 5C to 9C per minute
b) quick casting:
put the mould into the hot furnace 900C and leave it there for :
40 min. if you use mould size 3
60 min. if you use mould size 6
80 min. if you use mould size 9
storege advices :
Store investment powder alwayas cool and dry
Stir the powder frequently
KERA®- VEST in bigger wrapping shall be stirred
Keep your daily used amount at working temperature.
